I live for this kind of music. I'm not even sure how to properly describe it other than "Shopping Mall Background Music", but that fails to capture the breadth of it. Like, there's this... darkly forboding sense about it, you know? Like there was a time and a place where this music would have been fitting, but, transposed to any other setting, it has this vague air of discomfort to it, if not one that feels subtly sinister.

Point is, I was listening to this last night and realized that I had more of a follow-up to my Blackwater Files story than I thought.

I may or may not be working on a follow-up. Because of this mix. I'm tempted to let it sit for a while and let more BWF stories flow in... but at the same time, inspiration waits for no one.
