The collab was so good that not only was the content amazing, but the individual voices were so sublimated as to be indistinguishable. Bravo.

To some extent that's also a result of the stage where we passed each other's work through rewrites. I commented on a sentence that Will Boucher singled out that is a result of both us thrashing through the cadence.

Thanks so much Bradley, it's gratifying to have your appreciation, bud.

If you go back, you can probably tell who took each character, even though we ended up doing a lot of blending

Now that I’m privy to how this thing came to be, I’m curious what I’ll learn on round 2

I loved Vestiges. Man, it was amazing! The world and the characters stayed with me between episodes and are still with me. This story is one I’ll think about often. The two of you were a perfect team and the collaboration worked so well. Is it the first you’ve done together? It seemed so smooth, like a long-time partnership.

Thank you so much Liz, if even one person took as much enjoyment as that it is completely worth it for us - not that it wasn't fun enough in itself.

It was in fact our first collaboration but we definitely clicked together in having either similar, or different but complementary, tastes in artistic and literary works. The key thing was also the trust in each others' ability and sincerity in wanting to make it a good piece, so there was no ego-tripping to get in the way of that.

There may well be other collabs but they're likely to be of a somewhat different nature.

That trust, and it was definitely not misplaced, is a rare and precious gem. So glad you two found each other for this collaboration.
